With a genuine passion for people and property, Susan brings an energetic, relationship-focused approach to her role at Housemark. Entering the real estate industry in 2025 as a Business Development Manager, Susan quickly found her passion for property and expanded her experience into property management to better understand and support the needs of her clients.
Working with landlords across South Brisbane and throughout South East Queensland, Susan believes great property management starts with trust, communication, and genuine care.
She sees herself as her clients’ eyes and ears on the ground, taking a proactive approach to solving problems, improving rental outcomes, and ensuring landlords have someone they can rely on.
Known for her strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond, Susan is passionate about building lasting relationships and making property ownership a more supported and positive experience.
Outside of real estate, Susan manages a gym and has trained in Muay Thai for more than 10 years. Originally from Perth, she spent her teenage years living in Ireland and now enjoys the energy and lifestyle of Brisbane.
