Beginning her career as a Leasing Manager before progressing into Portfolio Management and now Business Development, Grace has developed a well-rounded understanding of the investor journey and what it takes to deliver exceptional results.
Having built her career on the Sunshine Coast, Grace combines strong local market knowledge with a relationship-first approach. She believes that great communication is the foundation of outstanding service, ensuring her clients feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage of their investment journey. Her genuine enthusiasm for helping people, particularly first-time investors, has earned her a reputation for making what can often feel overwhelming into a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Drawn to Housemark’s proactive approach and commitment to raising the standard of property management, Grace is proud to help landlords build successful investment portfolios with confidence. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through reformer Pilates, hiking, and beach days, while spending quality time with her partner, family, and friends.
