Seamus Wyatt’s journey into property management began in 2020 when he started as a receptionist at a small real estate firm in Cairns. His knack for connecting with people and his quick adaptability soon landed him a role as an assistant property manager, where he excelled in delivering top-notch customer service. After relocating to the Gold Coast in August 2022, Seamus continued to climb the ladder, transitioning to a full property manager position in just three months—a testament to his ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional results.
Seamus is known for his outgoing personality and proactive approach to problem-solving. He believes communication is the cornerstone of successful property management, ensuring that tenants and landlords always feel heard and informed. This commitment to open dialogue and client satisfaction earned him the prestigious Employee of the Year award in 2023, reflecting his dedication to both his work and his clients. At Housemark, Seamus serves as an Inspections Officer, bringing energy and enthusiasm to the team.
Outside of work, Seamus pursues his passion for acting and filmmaking, attending acting classes in his free time. This creative side adds a unique dimension to his role at Housemark, where he applies a fresh perspective and innovative thinking. When he’s not busy with work or acting, Seamus can often be found enjoying the coastal lifestyle on the Gold Coast, whether it’s swimming at the beach or exploring the outdoors.
