Claire has been working in the customer service industry 9 years with 6 years property management experience. She is born and bread in Brisbane and within the last 6 years and been working on providing the highest level of property management services to her clients. Claire has worked her way up from reception all the way to managing large executive investment portfolios.

Claire is a great work ethic and the ability to manage her time effectively. She completed a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Real Estate & Property Development while working full time in the property industry. In Claire’s time at university, she developed an in-depth knowledge base & key skills that she’s uses to benefit her clients on a daily basis. She has spent almost all of her adult years studying and working within the property industry which makes her a significant asset to her clients and the Housemark team.

Claire has excellent communication skills, is a natural problem solver and her technical experience helps with her everyday duties, she is a natural rapport builder with a passion for people, she enjoys interacting with landlords and tenants, and believes in the importance of maintaining relationships with both. Claire has been industry colleagues with Jonathan Bell for the past 3 years and they both share the same desire to change the perception of the property management industry and provide a professional, proactive and solution based property management service never seen consistency before across QLD.

Claire has now joined forces to work alongside Jonathan at Housemark and Claire’s skillset combined with BEA support will mean she can provide the level of service to her clients she has always wanted too.

On the weekend Claire loves to spend time with her fur child, Cheddar the Corgi. She is a homeowner and understands the complexities & challenges of both being a landlord & a tenant.
